Comfortable and enjoyable stay
We stayed in a standard king room for one night and had a great experience. The room was spacious and the bathroom even had a bathtub! 🛁 We really liked it here.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great shower. The staff treated me really well and the location was perfect for renting a boat by the water.
The breakfast menu could have had more variety.

The value for money at the Great Blue Heron Hotel was exceptional. the toiletries provided were amazing, and I particularly loved that they were from an Indigenous-owned company. the spacious room had windows that opened, allowing me to hear the delightful sounds of birds. the comfortable bed and bedding ensured a good night's sleep. Not to mention, the overall exterior architecture and design of the site were impressive.

Loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, perfect for a weekend getaway. the staff were professional, accommodating, and always available at the front desk. - Appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was exceptionally clean. - Free unlimited coffee near the lobby was a nice touch. - Conveniently located just 10 minutes from a charming town and about 45 minutes from a bigger city.
Lack of in-room coffee/tea was a bit inconvenient. Limited dining options, with the only restaurant located in a nearby casino.
